What we need:

Brady Corporation is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst who will focus on supporting market, customer, and data insights to Brady Corporation's Americas IDS business unit. This role will be responsible for supporting problem-solving and data outputs, visualizations, point of sale commission processing. In addition, the analyst will support the creation of key metrics to enhance business understanding of current performance and support forecasting solutions in both standard and ad hoc formats. This role interacts primarily with the sales operations group directly and indirectly with all areas of the business, including regional and global personnel throughout Sales, Finance, Customer Service, IT, and Leadership teams.

What you'll be doing:

• Build and maintain visualizations and reports utilizing sales data
• Update and validate source tables utilized for data enrichment
• Support analysis requests and needs for the business with the broader sales operations data team
• Utilize ETL techniques to support the sales reporting processes
• Assist with data cleansing, mining, visualization, and program development across a variety of data platforms
• Support improvements to data reporting systems and processes through partnerships with IT and other stakeholders
• Assist with the maintaining of business rules and governance for data
• Support the building of meaningful insights from key data sources for sales initiatives
• Perform analysis to support the data team in the identification of opportunities and risks in potential cross-functional business cases
• Support customer, market, or product-specific ad hoc analysis on complex data sets
• Integrate reports, audits, and processes in various business systems
• Maintain a conversational knowledge of the product lines within Brady

What you'll need to be successful:

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical, financial, or mathematics field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently or cross-functionally within a team
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines
