WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • We are searching for an enthusiastic Sales Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to join our Sales Operations team. The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the efficiency of our sales team by leading various operational aspects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across different departments at D-Wave. The ideal candidate should be capable of performing their duties with minimal supervision and must have a customer-centric mindset to ensure that all operations and support efforts align with delivering the best possible experience for our customers. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Quote and Deal Support: Support the creation, configuration, and generation of quotes using Salesforce CPQ. Act as the primary point of contact for the sales team to provide support throughout the sales cycle. Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation as needed. Maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. 
  • Salesforce Proficiency: Maintain and optimize Salesforce for the sales team, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Develop and generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and trends. Drive sales data quality and hygiene efforts through excellent change management and maintenance. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management. Ensure Salesforce and other sales tools are configured to enhance the customer experience. 
  • Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, create reports, and identify trends. Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets to support various sales operations tasks. Use data analysis to understand customer needs and tailor sales strategies accordingly. 
  • Sales Onboarding and Training: Design and conduct comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales team members. Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team on systems, processes, and best practices. Identify and resolve system issues and provide ongoing training and support to ensure the sales team's proficiency in using sales tools including Salesforce and Zoominfo products. Create training programs with a focus on improving customer engagement and satisfaction. 
  • Training Documentation Creation: Create, update, and maintain training materials, user guides, and other documentation for sales operations processes and tools. Assist in updating the Sales Handbook. Ensure all training documentation emphasizes the importance of customer-centric practices. 
  • Analytical and Project Management Skills: Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions. Manage and execute sales operations projects, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes. Implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Business Systems, and Legal to streamline processes and ensure alignment. Assist in the administration of the sales tech stack and enforce rules of engagement and territory management. Foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes customer needs and satisfaction. 

YOU ARE:

  • Educated with a bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or related field preferred
  • Someone with proven experience in sales operations or a similar role within a SaaS or cloud industry 
  • Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce) and Excel
  • Process-driven organization and time-management skills 
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment 
  • An excellent communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills 
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity 
  • Potentially bringing experience with CPQ, ZoomInfo,SalesOS, Zoominfo Engage, and Power BI 
  • Able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
  • Customer-centric with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences 
  • Able to work autonomously, manage up and keep your stakeholders informed in regular intervals
