The Job

Onera Health is seeking an experienced, highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our users of SalesForce.com (SFDC); more specifically our sales team, marketing, finance and other departments to optimize our sales processes, and ensure the efficient and effective use of SFDC. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for enhancing sales performance. To this end the role will collaborate closely with senior leadership, Commercial, Service & Delivery, Marketing, Finance, and Operations departments, to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion. You will be reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer with a dotted reporting line to the Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities

  • SFDC Administration:
    • Manage and optimize Salesforce platform, overseeing system administration, customization, and integration with other business applications to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Execute and support sales processes, workflows, and best practices to streamline operations and workflows, reports, dashboards and automation to improve sales productivity.
    • Support lead management and tracking processes, partner with marketing to optimize lead generation efforts and ensure seamless integration with sales initiatives.
    • Take ownership of data cleansing and maintenance, including data de-duping and account (Company) hierarchy buildouts, within the SFDC database.
  • Sales Process Optimization:
    • Analyze current sales processes and identify areas for improvement, both within as well as across departments (for example contracting process with legal dept etc).
    • Develop and implement strategies to streamline sales operations, improve efficiency, and drive sales performance
    • Collaborate with sales leadership to define and document sales processes and procedures.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting & commercial forecasting:
    • Generate, validate, and analyze sales reports and metrics to provide insights into sales performance.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Prepare regular reports (pipeline development, forecasting, etc...) for sales and Onera leadership and other stakeholders.
    • Support Finance reporting through data pull through from SFDC into Financial reporting including PowerPoint decks and spreadsheets.
  • User Support:
    • Coordinate onboarding for new sales hires and other Onerans using SFDC.
    • Drive end-user adoption of Salesforce through comprehensive documentation, training, and support for new and current employees.
    • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and support materials, ensuring Salesforce serves as the source of truth for defined data points and processes.
    • Provide support to the sales team, including troubleshooting SFDC issues and assisting with sales inquiries.
    • Ensure sales team adherence to established processes and procedures.
    • Ad hoc report generation and dashboard creation; management of report and dashboards and accessibility by various users of SFDC.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SFDC administration and customization.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Working understanding of business administration, management, and business forecasting strategies and techniques
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SFDC Administrator certification.
  • Experience with other CRM tools and sales enablement software.
  • Knowledge of the medical device industry and healthcare regulations.
