What you'll own
- Work with the VP of Sales to develop and execute Spotnana’s Go To Market strategy
- Provide operational support including pipeline reporting, sales process, compensation planning, territory analysis and creation, quota setting, and contracts
- Design GTM processes for scale
- Measure and assess performance across the sales and customer success organization
- Manage and optimize Salesforce.com
- Partner with marketing, finance, customer success, operations, and other cross-functional teams
- Project manage and prioritize key cross-functional initiatives
Experience to bring with you
- 4+ years experience in a sales operations role, preferably with an Enterprise SaaS company
- Proficiency with Salesforce and other GTM tools such as Outreach, Zoominfo
- Advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills
- Love for using data to drive insights
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced environment
- Growth-mindset. Enjoys challenges, and consistently looks for opportunities to learn, improve, and grow.
- Team player with strong desire to win
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to work in an open office environment from our New York City office (hybrid) - This is not a remote eligible role

Spotnana strives to offer fair, industry-competitive, and equitable compensation. Our approach holistically assesses total compensation, including cash, company equity and comprehensive benefits. Our market-based compensation approach uses data from trusted third-party compensation sources to set salary ranges that are thoughtful and consistent with the role, industry, company size, and internal equity of our team. Each employee is paid within the minimum and maximum of their position’s compensation range based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related specifications.Â
The annual cash compensation for this role is:Â $110,000 - $125,000
