Sales Operations Analyst

Overview:

Blue Yonder is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our sales team. This position will play a critical role in supporting the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales organization. The Sales Operations Analyst partners closely with the Sales Operations Managers to support strategic planning, data analysis, and sales performance.

What you’ll do:

• Work with advanced sales operational tools to support sales strategy
• Develop and maintain sales analytic reports and dashboard
• Optimize sales and operational efficiency through identifying and implementing process improvements
• Support sales teams through planning with analytic reports and operational tasks
• Liaison for Sales and accounting/finance as needed
• Provide ad hoc reporting and dash boarding support-identifying trends, performing analysis for manager
• Participates in transformational projects that drive significant organizational change
• Provide Financial and Pipeline Analysis including ad-hoc reporting, analyzing data to suggest outcomes. Provide analysis on how CRM system is performing

What we are looking for:

• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools
• Knowledge in sales business performance and Go-To-Market experience
• Understanding of excel modeling and data presentations
• Ability to work with data and articulate insights clearly
• Team oriented with collaborative attitude and approach
• Good communication skills both verbal and written, self-starter and organized
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience

The Salary Range for this position is $58,000.00 to $75,000.00

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
