Sales Operations Analyst

PublicRelay is looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Sales Operations Analyst to join our diverse team! The Sales Operations Analyst works with the dedicated Sales Operations team to facilitate the design and implementation of new client programs. This person should be a self-starter, enjoy dynamic project-based work, and demonstrate attention to detail in sales research, prospect engagement, and proposal development.
This position is based in Tysons Corner, VA. There is an option for a hybrid work, as well as a fully remote option.
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team with prospect engagement by preparing presentations, compiling sample deliverables, and briefing sales reps for meetings
- Join calls with sales prospects to provide operational expertise and compile meeting notes
- Utilize PublicRelay’s proprietary technology to assess the volume and character of media coverage for prospective clients
- Design custom media measurement programs based on needs-matching discussions with prospective clients
- Coordinate with sales reps and Analyst Team Leads on upsell opportunities and new project pricing
- Execute occasional ad-hoc analysis projects for sales audiences
- Review RFPs and prepare responses
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a field with a demonstrated application to research, professional communications, or business operations, and a minimum 3.4 GPA
- proficiency with working in PowerPoint to create client-facing and executive level presentations
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with the rest of the Microsoft Suite, including Excel
- Demonstrated experience in professional written communications via email using Outlook
- Strong interpersonal communication, time management, and independent problem-solving skills
- Strong written communications skills and ability to interact with and present to senior management teams
- Intellectual curiosity and interest in researching enterprise client prospects across industries
- Prior experience working with Salesforce
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience working in customer service, client success, sales operations, or account management
