SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST at Realtor.com®

What you’ll do:

Lead several important analytical projects to optimize product and sales decisions in the organization and provide revenue reports, customer and product analysis, and market trendsProvide project management support for key initiatives related to process, products, and program launches including providing  insight, ideas, and best practice advice on Sales needs and supportEstablish relationships with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Enterprise Systems, Customer Care, Go To Market, and Product managers to support sales initiativesLead several important analytical projects to optimize product and sales decisions in the organization and provide revenue reports, customer and product analysis, and market trendsProvide business/technical leadership as a subject matter expert (SME) and conduct/participate in the business requirements, design, and migration reviewsDevelop reporting, dashboards, and analytic tools to ensure business objectives are being met. This will include highlighting root causes and recommending corrective action alternativesConduct various queries and filters on data sets in Excel and Salesforce to provide key data points and analysis Conduct detailed post-event analysis of key metrics to assist in the measurement of overall success and program configurationProvide required data updates, e.g. agents lists, sales reports, etc. to relevant internal parties during the execution of eventsDevelop expert knowledge of the objectives, planning details, current roles, responsibilities, processes, and status of all programs associated with Sales and MarketingOwn documentation of responsibilities, project plans, process flows, and task timelines for sales and marketing programs

For most roles, our employees work three or more days in our offices, where they have the opportunity to collaborate in-person, adding richness to our culture and knitting us closer together. This is a hybrid role, 3x per week in our Scottsdale office. 


What you’ll bring: 

Bachelor’s degree required 3+ years of experience in tech industry with previous experience in Sales Operations, Sales Call centers, and Power Dialing PlatformsFamiliarity with the real estate industry, and online marketing/media company experience is a plusHigh proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, Word, and PowerPointExcellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively while also ensuring the accuracy of work through attention to detailAbility to quickly learn new systems, processes, and organizational structures Have a good eye for identifying areas of need, bugs, and process flaws.  Be able to properly size these issues and find solutions, or report to stakeholders when neededPrevious experience with CRM and SalesForce.com preferred Familiarity with the basic process and procedure documentation, including creating process flows Ability to work cross-functionally within an organization to solve problems, solicit information, and execute initiatives Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
