Sales Operations Analyst
Job Description
Nerdy is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. The Sales Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing the efficiency of our sales processes and strategies, ensuring that our team operates at peak performance and aligns with broader organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and a self-starter, display strong ownership, strong analytical capabilities, and have a bias for data insights and driving actionable improvements to our business.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience working with data analysis and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Comfortable diving deep into vast sets of data.
- Ability to effectively communicate data and information to management.
- Deep understanding of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Deep and abiding love for figuring out how things work, and making recommendations for improvement.
- Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems with attention to detail.
- Proactive, resourceful, and self-directed.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Team player and self-starter.
- Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment where tactical and strategic initiatives are driven in parallel.
- Bonus points for experience with continuous improvement analysis and activities.
- English proficiency (written and oral)
Responsibilities
- Performance sales operations support-related activities, such as monitoring the performance of our systems, reporting when there are variances to plan, and helping us understand where those variances are. Then working with the operations and engineering teams to take action to get performance back on track.
- Identify areas of opportunity for improvement of processes.
- Generate reports at both high (summary) and low (verbose deep-dive) levels. Clear presentation and communication of data and highlights is key.
- Other duties as assigned and as needed.
