Sales Operations Analyst

Description & Requirements
The Sales Operations Analyst for In-Store Merchandising supports all Repack activities from commercialization, material write-offs, contract set-up, invoicing and reporting. This person will support the DSR leads and work across multiple functions within the organization and system applications.
* Repack: most of the repack we do is taking base case product and converting it to a display that you would see in a store. This is done to promote KHC products during certain times of the year.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Vendor Contracts and Service Orders - 30%

• Creates, maintains and rolls-over YOY vendor contracts
• Creates, updates, closes Service Orders for repack production
• Ensures pricing, quantity and dates correct

Financial Repack Reporting Management - 10%

• Creates, maintains our Revenue, Spend and Volume reporting to support Menasha Repack
• Lead communication regarding analysis to cross-functional partners

Invoicing and Tracking - 10%

• Codes vendor invoices, creates purchases orders and goods receipts
• Record, track and monitor ATPs and vendor invoicing
• Lead monthly vendor Invoicing meeting

Repack Commercialization - 10%

• PCM (Product Change Manager) for Repack Mods and Shipper
• Commercialize new Mod and Shipper requests in Workflow System
• Monitor workflow steps and progress for timeline requirements

Repack Material Write-offs - 10%

• Material Manager for Repack materials and SFG
• Enter and track all material write-offs and invoices in the Write-off Data base
• Create and communicate purchase orders for vendors to invoice
• Lead monthly material write-off meetings with Material managers

SRM PO - this is one of two billing and payment systems we have at KHC - 10%

• Enter and track all POs for repack
• Quarterly Quality
• Bill and Holds
• Overtime Costs
• Menasha Seasonal Labor
• Overhead
• Rework
• Transportation of Materials

Reporting - 20%

• Create and distribute weekly and monthly reports
• Contracts and service orders by vendor
• Material Write-offs
• Team site maintenance
• Ad-hoc requests
• Current inventory vs. forecast
• Active Repack SKUs
• Repack Budget and Sales
• Customer Fill Rate for Cross BU
• Bill of Materials
• Unfilled Point of Sale Freight Costs
• Point of Sale - One Company Budget

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced office environment requiring organization, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Developed technical skills with Microsoft Excel. Other tools such as SAP, SharePoint, Tableau, database software, strongly preferred
• Ability to communicate with many different levels of company management
• Exceptional customer service ability and a high level of professional integrity
• Extensive analytical skillset and technical ability
• No CPG experience needed but it is preferred

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment

Some jobs may be required to be performed fully in office depending on the role's responsibilities and requirements.
Base Salary Range: $72,400.00 - $90,500.00
