About the Team:Â
Our Data Science & Analytics team is changing the way Fooda uses data. The company has placed a strategic focus on building out our data science and analytics capabilities and you will be core to this growth. The team is responsible for all reporting & analytics for the company, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive innovative analytic solutions. Will you join us?Â
Position Overview
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will work on the Data Science and Analytics team to turn data into actionable insights to achieve our sales and marketing goals across Fooda. This role is responsible for gathering and preparing insights to drive improvements across the sales and marketing processes and to measure the impact of improvements over time.Â
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assess Fooda’s current sales and marketing performance and strategy by compiling and analyzing data. E.g., lead segmentation, sales channel effectiveness, sales productivity, etc.Â
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in sales and marketing to define opportunities to increase productivity through data-driven decision makingÂ
-  Implement and manage process improvements within Fooda’s CRM and sales process to increase sales and marketing effectivenessÂ
- Review and improve data quality in Fooda’s CRM to improve the ability to measure and impact sales productivityÂ

Basic Qualifications:
- 0-3 years experience working in sales and marketing operationsÂ
- Experience using excel or a business intelligence tool (E.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to analyze data and trendsÂ
- Attention to detail and the ability to think critically and solve problems using data-driven methodologiesÂ
- Strong oral/written communication skills, specifically the ability to communicate and translate data trends into actionable insightsÂ
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a field in marketing, business, or a quantitative field (E.g., mathematics, statistics, or information systems)Â
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects: work prioritization, planning, and hitting deadlinesÂ
- Experience diving into data quality and data profiling analysis to ensure data consistency and accuracyÂ
