In the Sales Operations Analyst role for the Expand Sales team, you will be supporting Enterprise Account Managers, Business Development and Enterprise Success teams as they grow and retain Upwork Enterprise clients. You will drive continuous process improvements and solution development to increase sales productivity and collaboration across the Enterprise customer program team. In this role, you will help scale our sales processes to support our Enterprise growth plan.

In the Sales Operations Analyst role for the Expand Sales team, you will be supporting Enterprise Account Managers, Business Development and Enterprise Success teams as they grow and retain Upwork Enterprise clients. You will drive continuous process improvements and solution development to increase sales productivity and collaboration across the Enterprise customer program team. In this role, you will help scale our sales processes to support our Enterprise growth plan.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of new sales processes as well as ensuring existing processes are running efficiently and effectively. This includes working with third party data providers, our salesforce developer team, and sales business partners.
- Build out robust documentation to support both sales processes and internal SOPs.
- Through continual evaluation and reporting, identify gaps in process and proactively recommend solutions.
- Working with the tools effectiveness team, identify opportunities to level-up sales engagement activities through effective utilization of our tech stack.
- Facilitate Account Manager, Enterprise Success, BDR and Talent Solutions team's customer coverage model through Outreach.io automation.
- Implement a streamlined intake process for expand sales operations requests.
- Provide day-to-day operational support including but not limited to:
- Managing enterprise customer account and contact data integrity
- Salesforce.com standardized reporting
- Point of contact for Expand Sales CRM enhancement/modifications and bugs
What it takes to catch our eye:
- Experience reporting and implementing processes within salesforce.com, and Outreach.io
- Familiarity with third-party data providers commonly used within a sales function
- Project Management experience preferred
- Process driven, proactive and detail oriented
- Clear, concise and effective communication skills which translate well into process documentation
