Sales Operations Analyst (Hybrid)

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for the planning, forecasting, and execution of Stryker's Emergency Care Trial and Secondary Market Sales operations to enhance the sales team's capabilities.

What You Will Do:

• You will be tasked with maintaining appropriate product levels for sales and responsible for the development of sales opportunities and processing of Emergency Care's secondary market product.
• Process trial and demo request in a timely manner, escalating as appropriate to meet the needs of the sales team
• Report, analyze, and provide actionable insights on availability and lead times. Advise operations management on disposition of stock and recommend potential actions
• Work with Logistics to resolve scheduling conflicts and timely delivery to sales
• Develop and implement inventory stocking strategies based on historical data, demand forecasts, and the product life cycle
• Interact with operations management on inventory issues
• Respond to all requests for information that may come throughout the day, working with other departments as necessary to assure accuracy
• Evaluate and communicate the Open Orders report - Prepare for dissemination to Sales Representatives with a focus on late or exceptionally late returns with the intent to retrieve equipment back into the pool
• Develop trial and demo strategies that align with organizational goals

What You Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience
• Prior experience using an ERP
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Superior Excel and PowerPoint skills

This is a hybrid role. The employee is expected to be physically present at a Stryker location on a cadenced basis but has the flexibility to work from home.

$57,000 - $115,500 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
