Sales Operations Analyst I
Job Description
The Sales Operations Analyst I is responsible for the end-to end care and sales enablement for the Indirect Sales Channel. Responsible for measuring and assessing the effectiveness of the Indirect Sales Channel processes and procedures. Ensures quality processes and programs are being utilized and are effective by developing performance measurements and communicating performance relative to standards. Ensures optimal efficiency by monitoring work quality, delivering reports, statistics and recommendations for improvement.

- Responsible for the end-to-end customer care for the Indirect Sales Channel. Providing exemplary customer care, working closely with high profile customers on multi-site updates, high level escalations, etc.
- Responsible for managing the Indirect Channel Referral Agent leads. (i.e. Assigning, qualifying, auditing)
- Manages end-to-end process for Referral Agent Onboarding. Including but not limited to; handling the post-sale contract process, and adding the agent in CB Force, facilitating CB Force training, and supplier onboarding.
- Manages the end -to-end Referral Partner Commission Process. Including reporting, auditing all installed leads, validating dates and MRC. Working closely with the corporate commissions team to ensure all commissions are qualified, validated and paid accordingly.
- Manages Distributor / Referral Agent inquiries and facilitates problem resolution, keeping communication with the agent through completion.
- Collaborates with local market Agent Channel Managers to determine and manage additional business needs for optimal standardization and growth in the Indirect Sales Channel. Providing additional operations / sales support to the local ACM as needed.
- Provides and conducts trend analysis to support business operations.
- Provides recommendations for operational efficiencies and process improvements and assists in policy development to support change initiatives.
- With guidance, presents data and provides recommendations to department leadership for their use in making operational decisions, identifying process improvements and developing policy development to support change initiatives.
- Collaborates with colleagues and boundary partners to conduct root cause analysis, create recommendations for improvement and identify ad hoc areas for additional research into trends.
- Provides input to leadership on performance issues and operational process improvements.
- Participates in team or departmental meetings and individual meetings with supervisor concerning own job performance.
- Attends job-related initial, cross-training and refresher training, staying updated on reference material or announcements pertaining to promotions, programming changes, specials, policies, and other Company business.
- Collaborates with Indirect Channel boundary partners to enable Sales teams to reach and exceed goals, through customer care, lead assignment and agent inquiry and resolution.
- Works with CB Development and other internal boundary partners to make sure channel tools / agent facing platforms are functioning properly and channel initiatives are being addressed.
Qualifications
Required
- Successful experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications in a work setting with strong knowledge in Excel
- Excellent soft skills such as: interpersonal, leadership, presentation and collaborative to all for working effectively with teams throughout the organization
Preferred
- BA/BS in a related field strongly desired (i.e. Business, Finance, Accounting)
- 2+ years successful experience researching and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data in a related field
- 2+ years successful experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications in a work setting with strong knowledge in Excel
