Responsibilities
- Distributors Tracker: Strictly maintain and update the Distributors Tracker.
- Funnel NI Calculation: Calculate Funnel NI and upload to SharePoint for Sales Ops and Pricing Latam.
- Project Analysis: Review and analyze actual, backlog, and funnel ID projects.
- Run Rate Calculation: Perform run rate calculations and upload to SharePoint for Sales Ops and Pricing Latam.
- Service Forecast Calculation: Accurately calculate service forecasts.
- Historical Analysis: Conduct historical run rate analysis for first pass evaluations.
- Forecast Validation: Successfully validate forecasts.
- Systems Follow-Up: Report and follow up on system failures, errors, non-updating issues, and access problems via email.
- Dashboard Updates: Update dashboard previews for forecast meetings.
- Meeting Participation: Actively participate in Mexico Forecast Meeting, Backlog Local Meeting, Backlog Direct Meeting, and Channel Manager's Meeting to review FNI.
- Sales Force Changes: Implement changes in Sales Force as requested.
- Business Review Reports: Compile comprehensive business review reports.
- Reports & Analysis: Generate several reports and analyses.
- Efficiency Identification: Adapt files and identify efficiencies.
