Job Description

Responsibility

• Fully support Service sales team to execute daily operational request
• Support Sales Operation manager to monitor the execution process of commercial contract
• Identify & respond to sales enquires
• Standard Contract E-doc support
• Support one-time authorization process
• Update Sales Booking/Revenue report, assist in completing other sales related reports Prepare bidding documents, apply bidding deposit and keep tracking of it to ensure get back on time
• Support Sales Leads weekly report and monthly newsletter
• Coordinate between customer, sales team and CSR team
• Ad-Hoc activity handling

• College degree above, majored in Business administration, logistics and international trade will be preferred
• Basic knowledge with contract terms, conditions, Logistics, business and international trade
• Good Interpersonal skills, with proven ability to effectively interact with internal and external contacts
• Good team-work ability
• Prefer proficient in Mandarin Chinese and English languages
• Good knowledge about MS Office applications
• Be able to bear certain workload
• Potential to learn and grow.
