About the Role:
This role will be responsible for day-to-day operations supporting a subset of the Americas Sales organization. The successful candidate will partner with the Regional Directors and Field-based Sellers to build out process, strategic planning, report on key metrics, forecasting, assist with quoting and deal execution, onboard new sales reps, identify improvement areas and advocate for the team.This individual will be a go-to business partner for their assigned Regional Sales Leadership Team to drive governance, sales execution, and best practices.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $65,000 - $110,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.

What You'll Do:
Help build and run CrowdStrike's Go-Forward Sales Operations Strategy:
- Connect and analyze structured and unstructured data to build predictive models that will help drive sales efficiency and effectiveness, maximize customer success and optimize monetization.
- Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making informed decisions based off of trends, seasonal variance, etc.
- Operational Reporting (design, facilitation and project management of new requests)
- Prepare, provide and support operational, strategic & tactical reporting as required by business stakeholders.
- Help Monitor & Optimize Sales Performance across the organization:
- Identify effectiveness of teams by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans & forecasts to improve sales productivity.
- Proactively identify problem areas, diagnose and work with Sr. leadership to correct.
- Passionate about data integrity and the value of accurate metrics.
Define KPIs for CrowdStrike Sales Organization - 'If it isn't measured, it doesn't matter.':
- Translate business objectives into actionable analysis.
- Tie Sales Goals back to Sales activity needed to generate required pipeline targets.
- Build, maintain & automate weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting with systems & tools (SFDC, Clari, DOMO)
- Ad hoc reporting & analysis

Annual Operating Plan, Sales Territory & Resource Planning:
- Collaborate with Sales Operations leadership, Finance and Sales Executives to plan coverage models and hiring plans.
- Assisting in the development, creation, and implementation of Regional planning for annual growth
- Identifying and cleaning up territory and customer/prospect account data
- Assist in modeling and analyzing sales territory scenarios.
Drive 'Rhythm of the Sales Business':
- Provision of sales management information including regular sales forecasting, pipeline data and analysis.
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline process, ensuring accuracy of opportunities and integrity of other data within the Salesforce system.
- Act as primary liaison for Sales to various departments and enhance collaboration and consistency within the organization.
- Identify improvements to Salesforce, Systems and Processes
Program Specialist Execution:
- Undertake analysis and support business & operations leader decisions on sales program prioritization and execution.
- Identify program metrics & create appropriate tracking & reporting.
- Manage numerous projects within set timelines.
- Own and manage as theatre wide programs all theatre discretionary SPIFs.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or another quantitative field.
- Relevant industry experience: High Tech, SaaS, Security
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy or Finance function.
- Experience with Salesforce.com required.
- MS Excel power user
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools preferred (Tableau, Clari, Adaptive Insights).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented and reliable with strong organizational skills.
