This is a hybrid role encompassing Sales Operations and Sales Development (SDR)
We are looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial sales professional to join our sales team in a hybrid role. Your time will be split between Sales Operations and Business Development. You will support, enable, and drive our front-line sales team to sell better, faster, and more efficiently. You will work alongside and support our VP of Sales on critical projects and be a force multiplier for the entire sales organization. You should be highly motivated by emerging tech and interested in fashion, e-commerce, branding and retail. You are someone who is really good at persuading people to come with you where you lead them.
This position is based full-time in New York City and is not remote or hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas
- Managing and maintaining sales data in Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoominfo and other relevant CRM and BI tools
- Recognizing, developing, and implementing process improvements within the Sales organization
- Follow-up on inbound leads and provide appropriate information to foster lead relationships.
- Support the sales team in the creation and execution of outbound sales strategies.
- Research target leads and create an analysis of the prospect before handing them off to an Account Executive, Sales Director or sales team.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing department to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards
- Partner with Finance department in sales analytics and reportingÂ
- Assist with on-boarding and training new sales talent on relevant tools
- Schedule appointments, demos and introduce leads to other members of the sales team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar sales ops experience, ideally in a similar role at a fast growing B2B SaaS start-up
- Salesforce certification a plus
- Experience developing outbound strategy with enterprise accounts
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software and other sales tools (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation and social media.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field: sales, marketing, market research, financial services, consulting, business development or client success.
Salary ranges represent the expected base compensation for this position. Where a candidate lands in the published range is based on experience.
Base Compensation Range
$60,000—$70,000 USD
