As a Sales Operations Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic development, planning, and reporting of sales information. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, analyze sales performance, and identify opportunities for growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage internal and external data sources to inform sales strategies, identify trends, and recommend initiatives.
  • Sales Analytics: Analyze sales performance across regions to uncover insights, develop analytical frameworks, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new revenue opportunities and inform sales strategies.
  • CRM Management: Ensure effective utilization of Salesforce Lightning to support sales operations and drive efficiency.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales leadership and enablement teams to streamline processes, improve data quality, and enhance overall sales effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with analytics, marketing, inside sales, and sales teams to align on objectives, KPIs, and initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and drive operational improvements to support sales growth and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience in Sales Operations or a related analytical role
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Salesforce).
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Lightning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for sales operations and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. Datasite reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

Salary Range - $62,532 - $103,920
