We are looking for a Sales Operations and Enablement Leader to join our team and support our sales team to ensure our organization reaches the sales goals each year. Sales Operations responsibilities include building pitches and documents for the sales team, conducting research and analyzing data and overseeing various administrative tasks required to ensure our organization reaches our sales goals. Ultimately, you will work with a team of Salespeople to support the overall sales process throughout the year. The successful candidate will be well organized and a great communicator, with a strong bias for action, who thrives in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop "go to market" models for products and campaigns
  • Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects, managing dependencies between teams
  • Steer teams and projects to on-time and high quality execution
  • Develop project objectives, scope, completion criteria and success metrics by involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes and action items
  • Provide accurate, thorough and timely reporting and communication of progress against projects and programs
  • Evaluate existing processes, drive process improvement and share best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in a Sales Operations or similar role
  • Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process
  • Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting
  • Relevant training and/or certifications in Sales Operations preferred
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to manage complex schedules for stakeholders, leadership and cross-functional teams
