Position Summary:
The Sales Operations & Marketing Coordinator will help to drive new business across the brand. You will succeed in this role if you are detail oriented, with the ability to learn new systems unique to Laufer Group International and the logistics industry. 
Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the lead generation process through data entry
  • Vet prospects for assignment, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
  • Create a minimum of 75 leads per week to distribute to the sales team
  • Assist in the creation of dashboards for senior management, providing actionable insights.
  • Manage data uploads and updates within our CRM system to ensure accuracy.
  • Work closely with the marketing team on various campaigns, offering support as needed.
  • Attend, prepare & Contribute to Marketing Meetings, bring fresh perspectives to the table.
  • Work alongside the sales team
  • Attend, prepare & Contribute to Sales Meetings
  • Review Documents and videos for sales training
  • Review Industry News daily
  • Review Laufer Newsletters daily
  • Coordinate targeted email outreach to prospects, maximizing engagement and conversion.
  • Prepare for and participate in tradeshows as required, showcasing our offerings to potential clients.
  • Engage in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on industry developments.

Role Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong multitasking abilities to handle diverse responsibilities effectively.
  • Ability to learn new systems and adapt to evolving industry requirements.
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred.
  • Prior exposure to email marketing, sales operations, direct sales, or the logistics/supply chain industry advantageous.
  • Ideal candidates may include current BA or MA students.

Salary range: $50,000-$60,000 depending on experience.
