Sales Operations Associate

 

OpenText is looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join our team. In this role you must possess multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize their workload.  In addition, the candidate needs to be polished and professional; pro-active to learn new tasks; capable to work independently and consistently; extremely detail-oriented, autonomous, and diligent when following instructions.  The candidate must also possess the ability to analyze existing processes and define areas for improvement.  Efficiently process leads for assignment to proper sales representative.  Handle processing of volume lead lists.  Answer incoming sales calls (emails)  in a professional manner and handle per procedures.  Create various reports in Salesforce and Excel, as requested.**Review, merge and update leads, contacts and accounts through a cloud based platform to clean up system data.**
