Sales Operations Associate - Client Success Franchise Ventures
Franchise Ventures (FV) seeks a remote, part-time Sales Operations Associate focused on client success to join our small and mighty team! This remote position is part-time, 24-30 hours per week.
As a Sales Operations Associate, your primary responsibility will be to screen people that are seeking information about certain franchises, and ensure these prospects presented to our franchise clients are genuinely interested. On a day-to-day basis, you would review data profiles, research leads, and decide as to whether the prospect (or lead) is qualified. This role is data heavy and requires minimal verbal communication. Also, the person in this role would help analyze a clients' leads (as needed) to determine if there are any concerns with lead sourcing. There will be other Sales Support-related tasks assigned as needed. This position has no direct reports and would report directly to the Vice President.
Franchise Ventures operates leading franchise and business for sale portals - we help entrepreneurs find franchises and businesses to buy. FV is owned by Dominion Enterprises, a large privately held company that owns and operates a collection of digital marketing brands, software and services.
This position has no direct reports and would report directly to the Vice President. The position would be eligible for paid time off and a 401K plan with company match. Because this position is part-time with weekly hours of 24-30, no medical, dental or vision benefits are provided.
Requirements:
- Experience working with websites and "back-end" platforms that power websites and apps is a plus.
- Possess strong analytical skills and be accustomed to reviewing data, analyzing data, and reporting data analysis. Requires the ability to make sound independent decisions based on review criteria.
- The ability to be comfortable doing tedious and repetitive tasks. Please know, however, that this role is very important to the success of our business.
- Must be very organized and task driven.
- Experience collaborating on teams - must be a team player.
- Must possess solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel as well as Google Docs.
- As this role is 100% remote, this position must enjoy working from home, and have an at-home work environment that enables quality work.
