Sales Operations Associate Analyst

The Sales Operations Associate Analyst is a remote telecommute role based in Manila working in US Eastern Time Zone hours Monday through Friday.

The Sales Operations Associate Analyst will be responsible for managing the intake process for all Vendor Assessments Security Questionnaires and Corporate Information such as address banking information insurance information etc. that are submitted through Microsoft Dynamics workflows.  The candidate will be required to collaborate with TTEC Digital sales team members and business stakeholders to coordinate the completion of documents and return to sales.  The candidate will also be required to route documents for signature via DocuSign integrated within Microsoft Dynamics.

What You Bring to the Role

• Attention to detail.

• Adept at multi-tasking

• Comfortable communicating with all levels within the organization

• Proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word and Excel

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desired but not required.
