InfoTrust is searching for an experienced Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be pivotal in helping us continue to provide an outstanding client experience, as well as assist our sales team as we continue to scale out our organization. Specifically, you will play a key role in maintaining and updating SalesForce, relaying critical information and documents to both clients and internal stakeholders, as well as pulling reports and delivering key data points to our teams.Â
The Sales Operations Coordinator position will work with our Sales team as well as clients to provide support, pull detailed sales reports, and send sales agreements and critical documents. You will utilize strong communication and organizational skills to assist our sales team to meet business needs and work independently towards common goals, this includes:
- Support sales organization
- Expertise in Salesforce showcased in their ability to create, analyze reports and create new processes for the sales organizationÂ
- Work closely with, and supports two Sales VPs on a daily basis
- Manage complex calendar(s) including vetting, prioritizing, and providing recommendations
- Total travel coordination including air and ground transportation, hotel reservations, security, visas, and other travel documentation
- Maintain an efficient flow of information between all levels including internal and external contacts on a wide spectrum of plans and priorities
- Collaborate with team to ensure completion of expense reports and track of reimbursement status
- Assisting team and managers to maintain and track project list and goals ensuring that they stay on time and on scope
- Contribute to team meetings and offsites by assisting with the production of materials and pre-reads, taking notes, and tracking action items
- Provide general project support as needed including ad-hoc reporting
- Have ownership for the key sales meeting and keep team’s accountable for following SOPs through use of KPIs and KPI reporting.

To be successful as the Sales Operations Coordinator, we have identified the following requirements:
- Has experience working in a Sales Operations/ Sales Administrator role for 2+ years that showcases amazing organization skills
- Get shit done mentalityÂ
- 2+ years of SalesForce experience
- Must be proactive and able to deal with ambiguity, prioritize own work and resources, and juggle multiple tasks in a manner transparent to the team, and work independently to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact autonomously with internal and external partners
- Maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive material with tact and professionalism
- Demonstrates initiative in all activities -- from scheduling and reporting, to process tracking and collaboration -- always working at the highest level
- Documentation and process oriented
- Superior attention to detail

Cincinnati, OH - Flexible hybrid work schedule capable of coming into the office a few days a week.
