Summary:
Responsible for the day-to-day sales operations support within assigned sales discipline including the correct operation of Consumer and Small Business Sales process from Salesforce to order entry along with other systems by sales configuration management, identification of process or data flow defects and remediates with short-term manual correction and long-term technology resolution to reach measured result.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily operations and administrative support within the Salesforce and order entry systems including urgent requests and dispute management, record adjustment and action creation for the sales organization
- Facilitates sales processes, services, employee setup, onboarding, termination and application configuration within Salesforce and other sales systems for the purpose of accruate business delivery.
- Comprehensive understanding of the organization's business process, data flow and systems requirements to meet objective.
- Identifies process or data flow issues through end-to-end lead and sales record research, report creation and audit execution
- Provides immediate remediation and collaborates with the technology team to solve for defects as needed
- Collaborates, liasons and leverages relationships with all levels of the business and technical teams to reach result
- Coordinate activities with Sales, Finance, IT, Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, Customer Care and others on behalf of correct business operations.
- Provide task support for end user training and job aid creation for sales
- Participates in change user acceptance testing to prevent new business defects
- May partner with project teams and solution providers to ensure optimal delivery
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Education: High School
Experience: 1- 3 yrs
Skills:
- Experience in Salesforce and Mastermind
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving
- Expertise in the use of MS Office suite required
- Knowledge of sales/services operations a plus
- Demonstrates knowledge of concepts and theories in own discipline.
- 35 wpm accurate typing.
- Understands sales business process and systems
- Applies leading edge knowledge to drive strategic direction of the function and the business in partnership with senior leaders.
Pay and Benefits Disclosure:
The pay range for this role is $16.66 - $27.76 an hour, and is based on experience and qualifications. We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off among others. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
