Tempus is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will broadly support our sequencing business, primarily focused on oncology healthcare providers and systems. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a movement to help improve cancer care with data and artificial intelligence.
What you’ll do
- Help support the sales and sales operations team to help as many patients as possible gain access to the benefits of Tempus sequencing and AI
- Assist sales operations team in increasing efficiency and productivity including development and provisioning of sales tools (e.g., salesforce.com) and dashboards (e.g., Looker)
- Manage, triage and resolve sales operations requests in a timely and organized manner
- Collaborate with our enterprise team to ensure sales team members have appropriate access and visibility to clinical and selling systems
- Assist in the development of reports in excel and powerpoint as needed
Qualifications
- Must be passionate about helping oncology patients and Tempus solutions
- Strong desire to build a career within a commercial/sales organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and able to effectively balance changing priorities
- Strong business acumen
- Excel, Powerpoint, Salesforce.com experience is a plus but not a requirement
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across departments (Sales, marketing, legal, business development, operations, product, etc.)
