About the Role:
Under the general direction of the Sales Operations Manager, the Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing new item records that need to be validated and populating the necessary business unit and financial attributes in a timely manner. In addition, the Sales Operations Coordinator will assist the Sales Operations Specialists with reviewing Sales Orders for accuracy, creating purchase orders in a timely manner, and fulfilling Software/Support/Virtual items for specific sales teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for the internal item setup process and coordinating with sales team to ensure proper classification of each item “attribute” (tax classification, practice area, type, etc.)
- Responsible for quarterly review of all internal item records and completing any necessary revisions.
- Assist with reviewing orders to ensure that items/components are properly classified at time of purchase.
- Assist with reviewing orders for accuracy regarding shipping address, PO, shipping account information, price, etc.
- Process drop-ship and inventory/warehouse orders through ERP Platform in a timely manner.
- Track virtual/software line items and perform item fulfillment based on license key confirmations.
- Problem-solve discrepancies and provide recommended solutions.Â

Qualifications & Interests:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in purchasing, sales operations or logistics.
- Experience in Operations; strong internal controls knowledge and experience with implementation of processes and procedures.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills required for interacting with employees, vendors and clients.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills and able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving work environment.
- Ability to approach customer and sales requests with a proactive and consultative manner; listen and understand user requests and needs and effectively deliver.
- Comfortable managing multiple and changing priorities, and meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
