Sales Operations Coordinator II

The Sales Operations Department supports our distributors, and their sales teams by providing systems and processes to help them deliver a luxury sales experience. In this role, you will be the first point of contact servicing support tickets and maintaining our user documentation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide support and oversight for a wide range of sales focused tools. Including but not limited to - MS Dynamics CRM, Quoting tool, Consultation Application
• Respond, investigate, and resolve support tickets and answer questions from end-users
• Escalate support tickets to colleagues in IT and Digital Marketing
• Provide courteous customer service to users and internal colleagues
• Maintain established user help documentation repository
• Conduct system testing; pre-release UAT testing, and ad hoc bug testing
• Assist with a wide range of Sales Operations tasks and projects as assigned
