We’re a growing team, and as we scale, so does our need to focus on expanding our Sales Operations Team. You’ll be joining a people-focused company, and as a Sales Operations Data Analyst, you will be the team's lead analyst, supporting marketing, sales, and customer success.
This role extends beyond the simple development and maintenance of reports and dashboards. You will also be responsible for uncovering the stories behind the data and communicating your insights to leaders across the business.Â
THE OPPORTUNITY
Report and provide insights to support GTM teams Be the key contact for revenue teams’ performance analysisPerform exploratory analysis to uncover new opportunities and unknown gaps in the businessPartner with Sales Leadership to provide useful insight to grow pipeline and bookingsPartner with Sales Enablement to capture data and report on sales’ improvementsPartner with Salesforce Admin to ensure data integrity and effectiveness of CRMLead the ongoing development of KPIs, reports, dashboards, and presentationsOrganize and clean existing legacy data, assist in documentationResponsible for ad-hoc reportingOther duties as assignedTHE SKILL SET
Bachelor's in business, finance, computer science, or comparable2-5 years of related experience; including financial or data analysisIntermediate Salesforce.com experience, Admin Certification preferredAdvanced Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar experienceData manipulation and building of visualizationsExperience communicating with senior business leaders, written and verbal Ability present complex information in a simple, accurate mannerIdentify core issue(s) and make reasonable recommendations Extreme curiosityTHE BENEFITS
