As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will strategically partner with our Sales organization and other key stakeholders to offer mentorship on business processes as well as strategic and operational support in an effort to increase deal velocity. For this role, an analytical approach and attention to detail are imperative.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop a close working partnership with enterprise sales to support all aspects of new deals while ensuring compliance with required internal controls
  • Drive the execution of new contracts by working with partners and approvers to ensure new deals are processed efficiently and in accordance with set deadlines
  • Serve as the primary point of contact on the completion of new enterprise client proposals (RFP); working with the appropriate business partners to gain necessary inputs
  • Manage the flow of non-standard deals
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Enterprise Billing, Sales, Legal, Solutions, etc) to ensure visibility to deals processed outside the system of record
  • Work with other team members responsible for maintaining accurate contract records
  • Anticipate problems and proactively identify process or program improvements
  • Provide supplemental training to sales team members specific to deal desk processes
  • Maintain training materials and generate new content as needed

What it takes to catch our eye:
  • Proven experience in sales or marketing operations, project management, or customer success
  • Great communicator with a customer-centric mentality
  • Can balance multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  • Knowledge of CRM and sales process
  • Experience in consulting, finance, analytics, or sales operations a plus
  • Experience working directly with internal sales teams and senior leadership team members
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • A teammate with a highly collaborative spirit who excels at building business partnerships
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and/or CPQ
