Arrow Global Supply Chain Services is seeking its newest Sales Operations Director.

What You'll Be Doing:
The Sales Operations Director will direct and lead global customer support activity and relationships. This role reports into the VP of Operations and leads a geographically diverse, global team of 15 account management professionals.

• Support the Sales Directors in the sales process for new and current AGSCS clients when Operations considerations are needed, and as we are developing new solutions.
• Taking part in the internal discussions related to pricing of new programs and services to ensure the operational model and costs are considered.
• Lead the Sales Operations team globally, each Sales Operations Manager leading an AGSCS customer, to which they implement and secure the delivery of agreed services, implement KPI's and work with the continuous development of the customer program
• Take part in business reviews with Customers where relevant to ensure Operational expertise is represented, and to listen to the voice of the Customer.
• Be the Operational escalation point for the Customer.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Ensure that hiring, training and development of management staff meet the competencies required in sales support.

What we are looking for:

• Typically requires 10-15 years' experience from supply chain and/ or business operations with a 4 year degree; or 12 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
• Prior success managing and mentoring a global, geographically diverse team.
• Experience within the electronics industry or related industries.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$145,800.00 - $225,225.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
