Seu papel e responsabilidades
Assist in managing and maintaining the CRM system ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry. – Support the sales team in analyzing sales data generating reports and identifying trends and insights. – Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives. – Collaborate with the sales team to streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency. – Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales collateral presentations RFI RFP and proposals. – Support the sales team in coordinating and tracking sales activities including lead management and follow-ups. – Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities. – Help in organizing and coordinating sales events meetings and presentations. – Assist in other ad hoc sales and operations projects as assigned.

Profissional Requerido e Conhecimento Técnico
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word).
– Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
– Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
– Proactive and eager to learn with a can-do attitude.
– Interest in sales marketing and business operations

Profissional Preferencial e Conhecimento Técnico
Prior experience in sales customer service or related fields.
– Familiarity with CRM software
– Fluency in English.
