Sales Operations Intern Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to join our team for a 3–6-month internship. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sales, operations, and data analysis, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Sales Operations Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, reporting to the Sr Manager, Revenue Operations.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the sales department, including data entry, order processing, and customer inquiries.
  • Support the sales team in managing and maintaining customer records in the CRM system.
  • Conduct research on sales leads, market trends, and competitors to help the sales team identify new business opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports for the sales team and management.
  • Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars and monitoring mailboxes.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales, operations, and data analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability for 20 hours per week.
