Sales Operations Intern

We are currently seeking an Undergraduate Intern -Sales Operations to join our dynamic team in Alpharetta, GA as part of the USA's Air Conditioning Technologies Team. Internship runs June 5th to August 4th 2023 in our Alpharetta Offices

Responsibilities

The purpose of this position is to assist the Data, Analytics and Platform management. The Intern will work closely with the supervisor to successfully complete the projects as assigned.

The project will be taking a detailed look at LG CAC's Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce.com) data and identifying areas of poor data quality. This project will seek to improve data quality by identifying and merging duplicate records, aligning data hierarchy, verify record ownership, and reorganization of data. Additionally incomplete and outdated data records will be verified and updated to ensure accuracy and completeness which will require research to find missing data points

Job Requirements• Enrollment in an accredited University is required• Rising Junior or Senior is preferred• Undergraduate student in applied business administration, data science, business analytics, or related fields • Experience with discovering, organizing, querying and manipulating data• Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills and have a desire to learn• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)• Prior Salesforce experience is preferred
