SUMMARY

Express Scripts is seeking a highly motivated and innovative team member to join the Commercial Division's Strategy & Planning team as a Sales Operations Lead Analyst.

In this role, you will collaborate with account teams, leaders and cross-functional partners to drive our organization's renewal efforts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Manage all Commercial Division renewal forums and complete key action items before, during and after each session.

• Lead the development of key trainings and resources for account teams and clients.

• Support reporting needs to monitor renewal data, including a monthly reconciliation process to validate the progress made for organizational commitments.

• Provide ad hoc support as needed to aid in broader retention efforts for the division and other initiatives as they present themselves.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) and SharePoint.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

• Strong communication skills including written, oral and group presentation.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate and establish working relationships across the company.

• A proactive, optimistic work style.

• A growth mindset with a passion for constant learning.

• Previous project management experience a plus, but not required.
