Pendo is looking for a Sales Operations Manager.

Pendo has multiple sales segments and teams each with their own unique set of challenges and requirements.  Our Sales Operations Analyst will partner with senior leadership in one or more of these segments to guide and execute on operational initiatives to drive overall productivity and performance of the segment.  Responsibilities may include, planning, optimizing sales motions, workflows, ROE, reporting, data insights, quota and territory and partnering with their colleagues in Sales Operations and Sales Enablement to execute initiatives driving increased performance.  

The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial minded, a problem solver, a self-starter and enthusiastic about the opportunity to partner with sales leadership to build programs that will support a high efficiency company. 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Partner with segment leaders to develop thoughtful and innovative strategies to improve internal stakeholder experience, optimize performance and reduce operational costs
  • Develop the right sales motions, processes and workflows for the segment to drive productivity and attainment of goals
  • Manage territories, QBRs, account reviews, pipeline and other elements related to the success of the segment
  • Recommend and drive initiatives and tactics to improve performance and productivity
  • Deliver data insights, reports and dashboards critical to understanding performance and to drive operational efficiency
  • Work with cross-functional partners to improve handoffs, align on policy and requirements and drive joint projects
  • Work with Sales Systems team to evaluate and deploy tools and infrastructure
  • Collaborate and support segment leadership on planning QBRs, sales meetings and forecasting
  • Lead Sales Operations projects across all segments and geographies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience supporting SaaS B2B sales team in a complex sales environment
  • Customer Service driven mindset who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
  • Aptitude for effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, open office, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities
  • Strong understanding of business processes
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail with the capability to appropriately define issues, questions, and data
  • Experience with Salesforce 
  • Possibility of some travel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Marketo, Outreach and other tools
