Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations at a SaaS company
  • Highly skilled at creating and analyzing sales reports, optimizing processes and managing dashboards
  • A strong ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose and implement solutions
  • Experienced people manager, with a strong desire and aptitude for coaching and developing high performing teams
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Strategic sales thinker
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organization
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Expert level understanding of Salesforce and the architectural requirements to create a world-class sales tech stack

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and evaluate the sales tools, processes, policies, and programs to maximize sales productivity and effectiveness and drive revenue growth
  • Identify opportunities for sales process automation and optimization, with a focus on efficiency and scalability
  • Develop and lead the execution of our Salesforce strategy by analyzing trends, understanding the needs of the business and developing a roadmap
  • Monitor adoption of sales tools, and develop and manage a data governance framework to ensure data hygiene across sales systems
  • Manage our high performing team of Salesforce Administrators, by guiding their prioritization, managing their workload, and ensuring the work aligns with broader Salesforce strategy
  • Create presentations for the Executive Leadership Team and board reporting
  • Create and implement sales forecasting models to provide visibility into revenue performance and inform decision-making
  • Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth and conversion rates, and identify ways to optimize and improve performance to increase revenue growth and deal velocity
  • Analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities, and creating reports to help sales managers make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to develop and execute sales management cadences and processes (territory assignment, forecasts, QBRs, pipeline analysis and development and account planning)
  • Collaborate with our Marketing team to refine lead qualification process and analyze and report on campaign performance

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements.

Pay: $120,000 Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operations business needs.

Depending on the position, compensation may also include commission, bonuses, etc. Potential for bonuses is based on company performance and potential for merit increases is based on performance.
