Forward Networks is revolutionizing the way large networks are managed.  The Forward Enterprise platform delivers a vendor-agnostic "digital twin" of the network, based on a mathematical model. The platform scales to support hundreds of thousands of network devices, whether cloud, hybrid cloud, or on-prem. It serves as a single source of truth for the network, enabling network operators to instantly verify security posture, accelerate troubleshooting, avoid outages, and modernize network management.

The company was founded by four Stanford PhD graduates who saw a massive opportunity to improve network operations. Investors include Andreessen Horowitz, Threshold Ventures, and Goldman Sachs.

Forward Networks is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager:

What you’ll do:

The Sales Operations Manager will refine and execute on our go-to-market strategy. You will be part of the Operations team and will be tasked with supporting Forward’s sales and sales operations leadership, partnering with cross-functional team to identify system, data or process needs that can drive revenue growth.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and driving the roadmap for implementation of territory & quota, enabling effective sales planning and ongoing operational functions in a high growth organization
  • Help formulate, govern, and handle policy and process surrounding sales hierarchy, quota setting, and compensation.  
  • Help lead cross-functional efforts in building scalable, connected reporting and planning environments
  • Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive process improvements
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed to support business needs
  • Work with Marketing Operations to ensure proper lead flow and management

Experience

  • 5+ years of Sales Operations experience leading multiple complex initiatives from conception to execution in a fast-paced B2B work environment
  • Must have high competency with SFDC, including Lightning experience
  • Expert in sales processes and quota/territory management with a solid understanding of field, corporate and channel sales operations, particularly in the Enterprise Software space. Strong knowledge of Lead to Opportunity to Quote to Cash workflow
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, Outreach and/or CaptivateIQ helpful but not required
  • Ability to take ownership of end-to-end processes and drive decisions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Works effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches, and with multiple competing deadlines. Can adapt quickly to changes and possesses strong work ethic.
  • Able to roll up your sleeves to get things done; highly proactive and able to follow through.
  • Familiarity with ACV/TCV Enterprise software model preferred.
