We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in optimizing our sales processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is analytical, strategic, and possesses excellent communication skills to drive operational excellence within the sales organization.

This role is based onsite in Philadelphia, PA

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Process Optimization:
    • Analyze and streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance the overall sales workflow.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate best practices into sales operations.
  • Data Management and Analysis:
    • Oversee the accuracy and integrity of sales data, ensuring a clean and up-to-date CRM system.
    • Generate regular reports and analytics to provide insights into sales performance.
    • Utilize data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Sales Forecasting and Planning:
    • Work closely with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts.
    • Assist in the creation of sales quotas and targets aligned with overall business objectives.
    • Monitor and report on progress against sales goals, providing recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Technology and Tools Management:
    • Evaluate and implement sales technologies and tools to enhance productivity.
    • Provide training and support to the sales team on the effective use of tools.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new tools to improve sales operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Foster strong collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, and other relevant departments.
    • Act as a liaison between sales and other teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals.
    • Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies.
  • Sales Training and Development:
    • Collaborate with the training team to develop and implement sales training programs.
    • Provide ongoing support to the sales team, ensuring continuous improvement and skill development.
    • Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs and address gaps.
