Job Summary
We are searching for a Sales Operations Manager to manage our growing New Client Care Team. This is a unique, exciting leadership position for someone to lead a team of licensed New Client Care Specialists (Inside Sales Associates) who respond to consumer requests for information on properties, real estate buyer & seller processes and mortgage advice. This team will then match the consumer with a Baird & Warner real estate neighborhood specialist and mortgage specialist. Our Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and coaching the employee sales team while having a strong focus on upholding operational processes. This is an expanding, innovative department that will continue to launch cutting edge initiatives and strategies, growing staff to create the smoothest real estate and mortgage transaction.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with SVP of Innovation regarding creation of new systems and processes to increase efficiency and productivity
- Lead, manage, train, coach and hold team members accountable to using systems, processes and to accomplish minimum standards of service and activities.
- High level implementation and process management
- Organize team schedules including meeting agendas, all team meetings and coaching sessions
- Onboard and offboard all team members
- Oversee accountability tracking of entire team including contests and agent activities
- Review sales activity and help drive strategies to increase team performance.
- Evaluate return on investment of lead generation expenses. Serve as main point of contact with third party referral companies ie. Zillow Flex and Opcity.
- Manage Systems Reporting Manager
- Review Profit & Loss Statements with Accounting Department and SVP
- Must have a current Illinois Brokers License
- Must have experience working in a Real Estate Brokerage environment
- Strong leadership, management, organizational and financial skills
- Experience coaching and mentoring teams; leadership ability is a must
- Strong aptitude for technology and learning new systems, including CRMs
- Ambitious and goal oriented - committed to success, driving revenue and profit
- Strong strategic and analytical/problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional culture builder and team player
- Willingness to accept change and adapt on the fly
- Strong detail and result-oriented and strong follow-through is essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; cooperative working style
- Initiative and resourcefulness: ability to make things happen in creative ways
- Strong people/client management skills
