We are looking for a rockstar Sales Operations Manager to join our Business Operations team here at Vectra! In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with many key technologies & processes across multiple departments. Your responsibilities on this team will include administration, troubleshooting support, and future enhancement build. We need someone who is a team player and will pro-actively find ways to improve our existing systems & processes, increasing productivity and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Provide front-line support to stakeholders for all B2B applications that the Business Operations team manages.
- Assist with regular onboarding/offboarding user management activities across Tech Stack, including Salesforce territory adjustments and enablement.
- Will be a dedicated support for Channel related systems and processes.
- Facilitate regular assessments of our Tech Stack to identify potential enhancements that create efficiency, usage adoption, and additional training potential.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy 3rd party system integrations and enhancements based on the business impact and scalability.
- Subject matter expert on Vectra’s rules of engagement within Salesforce, and has a passion for clean data.
- Regularly create and maintain documentation material related to our systems and processes.
- Conduct analysis or ad hoc reporting within Salesforce.
- Assist our order management team with various Sales process support needs, Salesforce CPQ quoting updates, & troubleshooting.
- Maintain data hygiene practices to ensure we have the most up-to-date, clean, and actionable data within systems.
- Routinely mass update data within our Salesforce system.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue/Business Operations or similar role
- Has supported or worked directly within an Enterprise SaaS environment
- Hands on experience administering Salesforce.com
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, LeanData, Outreach, Clari (or equivalents) is a plus
- Comfortable using Data Loader/Demand Tools (or equivalent)
- Pro-active, quick learner, self-motivated, and is a problem solver
- Has a strong technical acumen, can partner with technical teams
- Flexible and able to change priorities quickly, capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that can translate technical content to various audiences
- BA/BS or equivalent degree required
