The Role
We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager who will play a key role in implementing data-driven insights across various departments within our organization. This position is crucial in shaping our strategy and optimizing integrated workflows among Product, Finance, Marketing, Client Success, Legal, and more.Â
Responsibilities
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine and adjust sales strategies, ensuring agility in response to evolving market conditions.
- Streamline and optimize the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Implement and manage sales automation tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and provide training to the sales team for effective utilization.
- Monitor and analyze key sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates, sales cycle length, and customer acquisition costs, providing regular reports to leadership.
- Collaborate with the finance department to develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets, aligning projections with organizational goals.
- Collaborate and Implement lead scoring methodologies to prioritize and qualify leads, facilitating a more targeted and efficient approach to sales outreach.
- Utilize CRM analytics to generate actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making and identifying areas for improvement in the customer journey.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of strategic business development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented project management culture, encouraging proactive problem-solving and knowledge sharing among team members.
- Conduct post-project reviews to gather insights, identify areas for improvement, and apply lessons learned to future initiatives.
- Oversee the effective utilization of the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer records and seamless communication within the sales team.Â
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a Business Development related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales operations, business development, and project management within the healthcare industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes and the nuances of the healthcare sector.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with a keen understanding of market dynamics.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and project management tools.
- Demonstrated leadership ability in leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.
Base Compensation Range
$90,000 - $110,000 annually
Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
