Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Operations Manager. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our sales department by ensuring the smooth functioning of sales operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a keen attention to detail. Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the sales team, including KPI tracking, sales data entry, and customer information management.
  • Work closely with the sales team to optimize sales processes and procedures, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies and proposing solutions to enhance sales productivity.
  • Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information and tracking of sales activities.
  • Liaise with various departments, including marketing, product, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and collaboration on sales-related initiatives.
  • Assist in creating and updating sales training materials, process documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure a consistent and effective sales approach.
  • Act as an advocate for remote regional managers, representing their interests and needs to internal stakeholders.

Sales Forecasting and Planning:

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop accurate sales forecasts and set achievable sales targets based on market potential and business objectives
  • Closely monitor sales pipelines and KPIs to provide regular updates on progress toward meeting targets.
  • Continuously improve forecasting processes by analyzing historical sales performance, understanding business trends, and collaborating with cross-department stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of sales forecasting reports and presentations for sales directors and senior management.

CRM Management:

  • Manage and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information and tracking of sales activities.
  • Oversee data integrity and accuracy in the CRM by fine-tuning data entry processes, training sales reps, and conducting regular audits.
  • Leverage CRM data to generate actionable insights and provide meaningful feedback to the sales team.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on CRM functionalities, assisting IT with end-user inquiries and support requests
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process automation and improved user experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Administration, or similar sales support roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis tools, and Gmail
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
