The Role:

The successful candidate for this role will maximize business performance by being an objective, trusted partner to your team members in the commercial organization. The Sales Operations Manager acts as a trusted partner to the sales leadership team through operational rigor and strategic projects.

What You’ll Do:

  • Roll out a day-to-day sales funnel management process.
  • Ensure contacts and opportunities are moving through target customer sales funnels smoothly.
  • Track conversion rates through each stage of the funnel, analyzing pertinent data so they can make sound recommendations for how to improve the funnel’s performance.
  • Identify sticking points that could impact sales velocity and should propose and implement solutions for improvement
  • Develop a process in partnership with Marketing to develop and maintain contact lists, ensure that our CRM data is up to date, audit data for consistency, setup automations, and manage custom fields and data.
  • Play a critical role in guiding Commercial leadership in planning, goal setting, expansion planning, and managing the rhythm of the business activities such as periodical business reviews and forecast calls.
  • Develop sales and revenue forecasting to support monthly leadership team and board of director materials.
  • Create and manage a library of proposal, RFI and RFP materials that enable efficient re-use.
  • Partner with Commercial leadership to identify actionable insights and use data-driven approach to own and drive strategic recommendations to grow our business.
  • Structure and execute on operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing recommendations.
  • Collaborate to develop, implement, promote adoption, and report on business plays and their efficacy.
  • Drive operational efficiency by automating and improving processes, tools, and dashboards that scale. 
  • Own overall strategy for sales tech stack to create efficiencies, improve fidelity and accessibility of prospect and client information, and accelerate our deal velocity

  • Bookings and revenue in alignment with your objectives and Oshi Health’s OKRs
  • Visibility and intelligence around our pipeline and how it converts to revenue to help leadership plan to build the org (both internal as well as clinical supply)
  • Customer satisfaction as the key relationship owner
  • Brand awareness across the healthcare industry and ecosystem
  • Learnings and Voice of the Customer input that can be shared broadly across the company

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Experience with sales planning for commercial organizations.
  • An understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and how various clinically-oriented organizations can partner with payers, employers and or provider systems
  • Experience leading projects, taking ownership, supporting the OKR and RFP processes, deriving actionable insights, and presenting recommendations to executive audiences
  • Strong SalesForce CRM skills and RFP management software experience.
  • Experience involving analytical rigor as typically seen in, but not restricted to, functions like sales operations, finance, business operations, etc.
  • Problem solving and analysis experience solving business problems (commercial, operational, organizational) in support of revenue growth and profitability target attainment
  • Able to synthesize complex concepts and operate successfully in a lean and fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing results cross-functionally to align and solve problems.
  • 3-5+ years’ experience in comparable roles.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience ideally in business or other relevant fields. Courses and majors or minors in subjects such as management, finance, statistics and marketing may be an asset.
