Sock Club is revolutionizing the world of branded merchandise through our custom promotional socks. We need a Sales Operations Manager who can drive our growth into overdrive by supercharging the entire sales operation. In this central role, you'll be the mastermind orchestrating streamlined processes, seamless collaboration, and innovative tech solutions that empower our B2B sales team to outperform.
This hands-on role will put you at the center of driving our sales engine forward. You'll streamline how information flows, how deals progress through our pipeline, and how we create assets that empower our teams. Your creative initiatives will energize our sales and customer folks, while tapping into cutting-edge tools that make everyone more productive.
What You'll Do

  • Craft and execute a unified sales operations strategy that accelerates revenue growth across the entire sales lifecycle
  • Own and optimize HubSpot, transforming it into an invaluable asset for the team
  • Administer and integrate our sales tech stack, building automated workflows between client communication, reporting, and sales tracking tools
  • Get in the weeds to continuously improve day-to-day operations, addressing team pain points through creative, effective solutionsΒ 
  • Gather and analyze sales data to surface insights that inform decision-making and strategy


What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of sales operations, workflow design, and automation tool experience (HubSpot or other CRM admin skills a must)
  • Tech-savvy with expertise in low/no-code solutions like Zapier, Google Apps, AWS, Python, SQL
  • A knack for researching and implementing new technologies that delight customers and teams
  • An analytical mindset with a passion for process optimization and driving measurable results
  • Exceptional communication skills to liaise cross-functionally and present to leadership
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
  • Experience building and rolling out new tools as well as managing organizational change
