Sales Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:1.Sales Strategy & Planning:oPartner with sales leadership to develop and refine sales strategies.oCoordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.2.Operational Efficiency:oDesign and manage sales workflows, policies, and tools to enhance productivity.oEnsure the CRM system (i.e. Salesforce) is used effectively and aligned with business needs.3.Data Analysis & Reporting:oAnalyze sales performance metrics and generate actionable insights.oCreate and maintain sales dashboards and reports for leadership review.4.Process Improvement:oIdentify gaps in sales processes and recommend improvements.oLead initiatives to automate and streamline sales operations.5.Cross-Functional Collaboration:oLiaise with marketing to ensure alignment on lead generation and qualification.oWork with finance to track sales compensation and revenue recognition.6.Training & Support:oProvide training and support to the sales team on tools, policies, and processes.oAct as the point of contact for resolving operational issues impacting the sales team.______Qualifications & Skills:1.Education:oBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).2.Experience:o5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in a software/SaaS company.oProven track record of managing sales processes and tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRMs.3.Skills:oExpertise in administration and management of Salesforce CRM.oStrong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).oExcellent project management and organizational skills.oStrong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.4.Knowledge:oFamiliarity with software sales cycles, especially B2B or SaaS.oUnderstanding of sales methodologies, sales progression & sales stages, and forecasting.
