We are currently hiring a Sales Operations Manager to join our crew. You will play a key role in supporting our Sales Delivery team. This role requires you to be client facing, highly organized, with an analytical mind. We will look to this individual to have an overall understanding of sales data and to make well thought out business decisions based on the data. You will be helping to improve sales infrastructure including sales tools, systems, structure, and analytics in order to help the team scale efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a project management background with the ability to meet deadlines and anticipate future needs of the business.

You will be helping to improve sales infrastructure including sales tools, systems, structure, and analytics in order to help the team scale efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a project management background with the ability to meet deadlines and anticipate future needs of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Develops, oversees and optimizes core sales processes to enable organizational growth and scale
- Own and manage all sales data within Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot that are critical to driving revenue and creating strategic business decisions
- Partner with sales leadership to drive the business forward
- Support sales analytics, reporting, and forecasting on a quarterly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis.
- Assist with creation of reports & dashboards within Salesforce.com
- Create and analyze key insights from forecasts, key business drivers, trends, and operating metrics. Translate data into insights and action.
- Collaborate on strategic Salesforce.com reporting processes.
- Own, drive and build required reporting infrastructure to support ongoing use, improvement and optimization of core processes
- Identify key opportunities for business improvement through analytics and quantitative insights.
- Provide strategic oversight into the reporting data from clients within Sales Delivery
- Ensure that targeted accounts are high-quality, updated with the most accurate data and the admin in the CRM is always current.
- Be encouraging, supportive, responsive, proactive, and always looking to set the sales team up for success.
- Assist with day-to-day activities supported by Sales Operations.
- Keep Sales Operations & Sales Department documentation up-to-date
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations Management or equivalent; B2B experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects across different departments and stakeholders
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce, administrator certificate a plus
- Knowledge of Outreach.io or other sales enablement platform
- Knowledge of Hubspot a plus
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive teamwork
- Strong analytical and process definition skills
- Solid experience in building an analytics models
- Admin level proficiency in Salesforce.com (certification a plus, but not a requirement)
- Deep sales process and methodology experience and expertise
