Job Title: Sales Operations Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA (hybrid)
Position Summary
NCR is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to support the Global Sales Operations organization. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience allowing them to design, develop, document, implement and improve sales processes and tools, including developing governance frameworks for use across the enterprise.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Facilitate collaborative discussion with various business units and functions across the organization to understand and translate high-level sales strategies and business needs into system and process requirements to ensure local execution and business impact.
- Drive the discussion to build and maintain consolidated sales tool development roadmaps.
- Establish and manage governance practices to ensure consistency, scalability and cost effectiveness of sales processes and tool, including data quality and completeness.
- Own the tracking of operational metrics and deliver regular insights to the business.
- Consult and assist business units with sales territory mapping and management, including feedback and perspectives on sales compensation design to enable business strategy and growth objectives.
- Support and contribute to the simplification of Quote to Cash processes and tools, including best practices.
- Champion and contribute to the development of training assets that improve capabilities aligned with user needs.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, or related
- Salesforce.com experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline
- Demonstrated team leadership skills
- Team-oriented and collaborative approach in working across teams
- Committed to personal development and growth
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing and integrating sales tools with Salesforce.com
- Experience with compensation planning best practices and tools
- Sales training and enablement experience
- Experience with CPQ processes and tools
