We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our Sales Operations team with a focus on Sales Data Analytics. As we scale the team, we are looking to hire individuals with experience in improving the productivity of software sales organizations. This is a crucial role at Buxton, where you will implement and analyze key sales metrics, continuously develop reporting and forecasting for the organization, be responsible for automation to enable the sales processes and work with senior leaders across the company as we create a world-class go-to-market engine.

What you'll do

  • Develop, maintain, and automate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for stakeholders throughout the go-to-market operation to track key performance indicators.
  • Drive sales performance management and deliver business insights to the sales leadership team with a focus on improving productivity and scale throughout the sales cycle. Work with sales leadership to inspect sales process quality, identify process bottlenecks, and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive the development of data governance best practices to ensure data quality across the customer lifecycle for the GTM team.
  • Drive alignment in KPI's & taxonomy across all departments supported by revenue operations.
  • Maintain, update, and evolve datasets across the marketing and sales technology stacks to support reporting.
  • Lead projects to improve our sales processes and systems, including implementing and maintaining sales tools and systems to ensure that the sales team has the necessary resources and information to manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Manage and support cross-functional initiatives serving as a liaison between Sales and other key partner teams, such as Finance, Product, and Marketing, to ensure alignment of sales goals with overall company objectives.
  • Own our Go-to-Market tech stack and CRM data.
  • Manage the sales quota and commission plan process, including developing quota and commission targets, analyzing sales performance against quota, and administering commission payments.

Requirements

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, with a focus on financial analysis within a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Advanced experience working with Salesforce data and building reports & dashboards.
  • Experience working in a high-growth environment supporting a rapidly growing sales organization.
  • Proven track record in improving sales operations and driving sales performance through business planning and forecasting.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in financial analysis and process automation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
