How you can help make a better world of work

Culture Amp is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager that will support our growing sales organization and emerging and critical partnerships strategy. This role is being opened to help us unlock further productivity and efficiency gains for our best-in-class sales teams but also to help build the foundations of a scaled partnerships organization. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, you will contribute directly to strategy development and have ownership on executing ongoing initiatives and activities within the sales teams but also solve complicated and novel challenges related to large investments into partnerships.

Whilst deep exposure to Revenue Operations is important to help continue to elevate our sales team to new heights, the successful candidate will ideally have prior experience with indirect sales teams or a proven track record on applying their Rev Ops skills in unfamiliar areas to great success.

You will

  • Establish the foundations required to support one of our critical company strategies; partnerships.
  • Understand varying needs of our various partners like resellers, referrers, co-sellers and tech integrators.
  • Supporting all aspects of our sales planning, reporting and insights across both short and long-term horizons
  • Execute strategic sales projects from ideation to completion as well as evolution and work cross-functionally with peers within Rev Ops and various teams at Culture Amp
  • Assist and back up the sales team with their daily requests, as well as come up with creative solutions to streamline procedures.
  • Become a subject matter expert of our systems environment and support various teams in getting additional value out of our well functioning tech stack.

You have

  • At least 24 months of consecutive Revenue Operations experience, ideally with a focus on sales or partnerships
  • Ability to coordinate large scale projects that require workforce change management across global offices
  • A proven ability to partner with non-sales teams like marketing and CS and understand the value that they can bring throughout the sales process for both direct and indirect sellers.
  • Proven experience improving processes and managing technology in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Extensive experience with SFDC and other GTM tools
  • SQL or BI experience is a plus

Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box. So if you think you have what it takes, but don't necessarily meet every single point on the job description, please still get in touch. We'd love to have a chat and see if you could be a great fit.
